Privacy Policy

At LifeManipulated we keep this simple: we respect your privacy, we never sell your information, and we only use what you give us for what you gave it for. This page says what we collect and how we use it.
Visiting the site
We count visits to lifemanipulated.com and the buttons people click, so we know how many people find us and where they stop. We do it ourselves, with no outside trackers or advertising pixels. For each visit we keep a random ID stored in your browser (not your IP address, and nothing that says who you are), the page, the button you clicked, the site that linked you here, and any campaign tags in the link you used. If you later start the conversation, it's linked to those visits.
Talking to AI Ryan
The conversation at lifemanipulated.com/start is with an AI version of Ryan, not Ryan himself. To run it, we keep:
- What you say or type, turned into text, and what AI Ryan says back. If you talk out loud, your voice is sent to a transcription service to be turned into text. We keep the text, not the recording.
- What you choose to tell us: your name, your email address, your phone number, what your business does, your ideas and what you think they're worth, the questions you ask AI Ryan, and, if you book your first interview, the day and time you pick. Giving any of it is up to you. Asking for your report takes your email, your name and a phone number.
- Your time zone, as your browser reports it, so the days and times AI Ryan offers you are in yours.
- A picture of your business. We send a one-sentence description of the kind of place your business is (never your name, your email, or anything you said word for word) to an image service, which draws it. The picture is kept with your conversation.
- A random ID kept in your browser, so you can pick your conversation back up, and a scrambled version of your IP address (not the address itself), so no one can overload the service.
How we use it
- To run the conversation and show your map as you go.
- If you give your email: so Ryan can follow up with you about next steps. When you reach the point of booking a call, Ryan gets an email with your name, email, what your business does, and your ideas. If you left your email but stopped before that, you appear in a short daily list sent to Ryan.
- If you tell AI Ryan now isn't the right time and leave your email: one check-in note, at 8am your time on the day you agreed to. Nothing else is sent unless you reply.
- If you ask for your report: once you've given your name and phone number, we set up your interview in Speed Loops, our interview app (at loops.lifemanipulated.com), with your email, your name and your business, and it emails you a private link to it. Ryan gets an email with your name, phone number and email, so he can call you to go over your report. See "Your interview" below.
- To improve the conversation. Ryan reads conversations to make AI Ryan better.
We never use it for anything else, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.
Your interview
Your interview is a spoken conversation with AI Ryan in our interview app, Speed Loops, at loops.lifemanipulated.com. It's how we find where your business is losing time and money. To run it, we keep:
- What you say, turned into text, and what AI Ryan says back. Your voice is sent to a transcription service to be turned into text; we keep the text, not the recording. Your microphone is only used while it's your turn to talk, and only after you allow it.
- The problems you describe, and the time and cost figures worked out from what you tell us. Where you don't give a pay rate, we use a published national average and say that it's an estimate.
- If you book a time for later, the day and time you pick and your time zone.
- Your report, which AI writes from your interview. It may quote what you said word for word. Ryan goes over it with you on a call.
Your interview and report are seen by Ryan and the LifeManipulated team, and by you once you have a Speed Loops account. Nobody else. Your interview link is private: anyone who has it can open your interview, so please don't share it. It stops working after 30 days, or sooner if we send you a new one.
We email you about your interview: your link, a calendar invite and a reminder if you book a time, and a note to book your call with Ryan when you finish. Replies come to Ryan.
Service providers
We rely on a few trusted services that process data on our behalf and are only allowed to use it to provide their service to us:
- Anthropic, for the AI that powers AI Ryan, your map, and your interview report.
- ElevenLabs, for AI Ryan's voice. Only his lines are sent to it.
- Deepgram, for turning your voice into text.
- Replicate, for drawing the picture of your business.
- Supabase, where the conversation and your interview are stored, and Vercel, which runs the website and Speed Loops.
- Resend, which sends our emails: Ryan's about the conversation, your check-in note if you asked for one, and the emails about your interview.
- If you book a call, the booking page is run by Calendly, under its own privacy policy.
